Filled with crisp Harry & David apples, Southern Oregon honey, hazelnuts, and cranberries, this appetizer will give your guests a taste of Oregon in just one bite! This recipe is filled with delicious, simple ingredients and is so easy to make that it will become your new go-to summer dish.

Waldorf Apple Salad

Ingredients

For dressing

  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp Southern Oregon honey
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 4 mint leaves
  • Pinch salt and pepper

For salad

  • 2 Harry and David apples (diced)
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup toasted Oregon hazelnuts (lightly crushed)
  • 1/4 cup Oregon Cranberries
  • 1 head of butter lettuce

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing together
  2. Chill for at least 1 hour
  3. Prepare the ingredients for the salad
  4. Mix in dressing
  5. Garnish with butter lettuce and serve
