This easy peach salsa recipe combines sweet summer peaches with classic salsa ingredients like onion, jalapeño, and red pepper. Our fresh Oregold Peaches give this dip a sweet twist!

This peach salsa comes together in no time with just a handful of summer produce. Just dice fresh peaches, a red bell pepper, red onion, and jalapeño, then toss the ingredients together in a bowl. Stir in some lime juice, lime zest, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Serve it as an appetizer with tortilla chips, or use it as a topping for grilled chicken or fish. Yum!

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe Oregold peaches, peeled, pitted and diced
  • 3/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 large jalapeño pepper, seeded, deveined and minced
  • Juice and zest of 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
  • 1/8 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, toss all the ingredients together.
  2. Serve immediately, or cover and chill for up to 24 hours.
